I seriously have little to no complaints at all with this game.
#Xenoblade chronicles x healing full#
Knives have two healing arts, and one is capped at 9 total HP recovery, and the other is half as effective as the Photon Saber heal, but heals the full party and boosts evasion for a while. The wait must have been excruciating back when it was first announced.Īlso, I mostly play on the gamepad. Photon Sabers have one healing art, and it's the strongest healing art in the game but normally only heals one party member at a time and is costly to use. While waiting for an external HDD to arrive, I watched those videos over the course of a few days and I was getting so hyped for it, lol. Watch the Nintendo Treehouse videos and the 'Survival' videos on YouTube prior to playing the game. Really cool game.Īlso, for anyone else who might get into it and missed out on the hype. I'm like 22 hours into XBX, level 19, mostly just exploring the map and doing side missions right now. Rex will also have fun with Bitballs and knuckle claws. For a secondary healer, Morag will be better because she has direct healing arts on Bitballs, so I’d giver her one of those. FWIW, I don't have any previous experience with XC, I did play the first one on the Wii for a few hours but that was when it first released and I barely remember anything about it. Rex also makes a great secondary healer and is the best for healing after Nia, he gets a unique blade in Chapter 7, who’s the single best healing blade in the game. Outside of battles, characters will heal automatically. They scale according to a characters Ether stat, improving their effectiveness. Specifically, healing Battle Arts are under the Ether Arts category. It allows players to use Battle Arts to recover the HP of party members. The music in New Los Angeles helps keep the energy up, it can get repetitive but that to me just means I'm wasting time and need to get back into the world. Healing is a game mechanic in Xenoblade Chronicles. When I'm in New Los Angeles I'm just upgrading and doing what I can to get back outside. To me it's like, XBX is super fast paced, you're running and doing these huge low gravity leaps, etc. Even the hub world music that people complain about. While fans will likely remember the many characters that appear across the games lengthy runtime, it is its central cast of playable characters that stand out the most.
